P-51D Mustang

Border have done a number of pre-painted science fiction subjects but this is the first in the aircraft range. With a view to encouraging the younger generation and also people who maybe not modellers but want an accurate and well finished model, Border have covered this iconic subject in their pre-painted style. Of course the kit can be built and painted as a standard model kit and the instructions have the call-outs for 4 colour ranges. As always with Border Model this is in 1/35 scale so it’s an easy and accurate fit in to a diorama or just a simple vignette with a standing pilot and a jeep.
